digikam-private-libs software package provides private libraries for digiKam and kipi plugins, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install digikam-private-libs
digikam-private-libs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the digikam-private-libs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep digikam-private-libs *
You will get with digikam-private-libs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
